Can I send a message to several AirNote subscribers at once?

Yes, we call this group paging.

What is Group Paging? Group Paging gives you the ability to send a single AirNote message to a group of AirNote subscribers. The members of this group maintain their own personal and unique AirNote Name, but are also a member of the group.

For example, if you are a manager and have a staff of 5 we could setup a group called "MYSTAFF". Each member of your staff would have the AirNote name of "MYSTAFF" associated with their account. As the manager you could send one email message to mystaff@airnote.net and this message would be received by your entire staff.

There is no limit to the number of groups that an AirNote subscriber can be a member of.

How do I setup a group page?

We need the following information from you.

1. Your preferred AirNote group name, and an alternate name just in case your preferred is already in use.
2. The PIN numbers or AirNote Names of the subscribers you would like to be members of this group.
