Wireless Email
AirNote is an advanced Internet Paging and E-mail Gateway.
It assigns an e-mail alias to your pager, and is a powerful communication tool,
which enables you to customize the delivery of e-mail to any alphanumeric pager,
PCS telephone or palmtop-computing device. Messages sent to or from our gateway
are referred to as AirNotes.
What is required to use AirNote?
You need e-mail access to the Internet and an alphanumeric pager, PCS phone or palmtop-computing device. Wireless Services sells AirNote as a value added service and does not sell or service pagers or PCS phones. You should obtain your wireless device from another source before signing up for AirNote. AirNote works with almost all paging carriers and several PCS carriers. If you are unsure whether we support your wireless device or carrier please send an email to support@AirNote.net.
Do I need additional software?
AirNote is web based and no additional software is needed. You can send AirNotes using any email client that has access to the Internet.
How do I send AirNotes?
Address Internet e-mail to: name@airnote.net. Example: awood@airnote.net or you can send an AirNote from our website.
Who will find this service useful?
Paging customers who have experience sending Internet e-mail and who find it convenient to receive e-mail on their pager or PCS phone or palmtop-computing device. AirNote is also cost effective for corporations that make extensive use of e-mail.
